Every Principal has served as one of the most senior advancement officers for a community college, university or other organization at some point in our careers.

We represent expertise in comprehensive advancement—fundraising, philanthropy and campaigns; alumni relations; market research; leadership and management development; and marketing and communications. Additionally, several eA Principals serve as Interim Executive CEOs or CAOs for organizations.

As active practitioners, we worked for, small, medium and large community colleges, universities, private liberal arts colleges, small and large non-profits, other organizations and businesses. We continue to serve these types of institutions as consultants. We have served more than 20 community colleges, 100+ colleges and universities, more than 20 foundations and more than 30 non-profit organizations and associations in our 18-year history as a firm.
